Start and End of the Day

ELC - Owlets, PS1 & PS2

Students will have a staggered arrival and departure based on their grade level.
Students should stand on the Owl feet markers to help them to maintain physical distance
Students must be wearing a mask as soon as they arrive on campus
We will encourage ELC students to keep distance but understand that this will be very difficult with our youngest students
A physical distance of at least 1.5m must be maintained
Students will wash their hands before or as soon as they enter their learning space
ELC students will have their own cubby to store their materials.
They will sanitize their hands before beginning to use any manipulatives
Departure
There is a staggered departure time for grade levels
Owlets will leave before lunch
PS1 students will stay for lunch and recess but leave before nap time
PS2 will leave between 1:30 – 1:40 PM.
Learning pod teachers will walk their students to the exit maintaining physical distancing at their designated departure times
Students should stand on the Owl feet markers to help them to maintain physical distance
Students will be supervised until collected outside the TIS gates in the pick up area
Students are not allowed to play on the playground after school

Elementary - K-G5

Students will have a staggered arrival and departure based on their grade level.
Students should stand on the Owl feet markers to help them to maintain physical distance
Students must be wearing a mask as soon as they arrive on campus
A physical distance of at least 1.5m must be maintained for G1-G5
We will encourage Kindergarten students to keep distance but understand that this will be very difficult with our youngest students
Students will wash their hands before or as soon as they enter their learning space
Cubbies will not be used initially (except for Kindergarten) so all materials, bags and coats will be kept by their assigned table.
Students will organize supplies and go to their assigned table
They will sanitize their hands and table ready for learning
Departure
There is a staggered departure time for grade levels
K-G5 students will stay at school for lunch and some afternoon learning
Learning pod teachers will walk their students to the exit maintaining physical distancing at their designated departure times
Students should stand on the Owl feet markers to help them to maintain physical distance
Students will be supervised until collected outside the TIS gates in the pick up area
Students are not allowed to play on the playground after school

MYP

Students will have a staggered arrival and departure based on their grade level.
Students should stand on the Owl feet markers to help them to maintain physical distance
Students must be wearing a mask as soon as they arrive on campus
A physical distance of at least 1.5m must be maintained
Upon arrival, students should go directly to their first period classroom.
Students are expected to be at their assigned desks, ready for learning, when class begins.
Furniture is arranged for social distancing and may not be moved.

G7&9:8.00-8.10
G6: 8.10-8.20
G8&10:8.20-8.30
Departure times as as follows:
Tuesday and Thursday
G7&9:3.00-3.10
G6: 3.10-3.20
G8&10:3.20-3.30
Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
G7&9:1.00-1.10
G6&8:1.10-1.20
G10:1.20-1.30
