Elementary Students Enjoy Scary Night Fun

Ghosts and goblins, super heroes and princesses were all found roaming the halls of Tashkent International School on Friday, October 31 as the school celebrated a fun version of Scary Night.

Elementary and secondary teachers and assistants got into the act by decorating their rooms/offices and handing out candy and lots of scary surprises. It was hard to tell who had more fun dressing up into wild and creative costumes – the children or the adults.

Scary Night is one of the many activities sponsored by the elementary student council (STUCO). The young group of leaders also helps organize the fall and spring elementary camp out, a spring fun run and other fun activities for elementary students.

For more information about the TIS elementary STUCO, contact Liz Ford, PYP coordinator and elementary assistant principal (and STUCO advisor).
