The 50 grade 10 students presented their MYP Personal Projects at a special exhibition on Wednesday, April 24. The project is the culminating work for the Middle Years Programme. It took students six months to complete their projects, including research, creating the project, writing an academic report and finally presenting it all in the exhibition.
More than 100 parents, relatives and teachers attended the opening night on April 24 with all students from grades 4 through 9 visiting the exhibition the following morning. In total, approximately 300 people viewed the students’ work.
The Personal Projects ranged from teaching Hip Hop and Health, composing music, designing a home, wood carving and carpet making, to graphic comics and clothing design.
PP – there were 50 Grade 10’s who displayed their work at the culminating project for the MYP. It took them 6 months (research, creating a project, writing an academic report & exhibition).
